You will learn how to make in minutes “REAL BREAD that happens to be GLUTEN-FREE”, pizza, wraps, biscuits to amazing rough puff pastries… there is nothing you cannot do and you will not miss gluten – all plant based, no nasties or additives!

In this class, we will do all that is possible to be made with my new premium gluten tested plant based/vegan, Coeliac Endorsed, FODMAP friendly, grain & gum free bread/pizza & all-purpose mix (https://wildsourdough.com.au/recipes/recipes-gluten-free-bread-mix/) available all around Australia retail shops, online and in bulk wholesale (please contact Yoke, 0412272327 or yokewildsourdough@me.com)

You will take home: 1kg Wild Sourdough GF Flour Mix (enough for 3 loaves) and my 14+ yo super excited gluten free sourdough starter to start your sourdough gluten free journey 

Class will cover: Bread (plain, seeded & fruit loaf), Pizza, Wraps, Crackers, Rough Puff Pastry – all sourdough plus more-ish vegan choc cookies and you will also learn how to use my GF flour for Thermomix Cookidoo Recipes eg. banana cake, five seeded loaf, carrot cake etc.

This nutrient dense prebiotic high protein (11%) and high soluble fibre (15%) whole-gluten free mix is a good start to make all your gluten free baked goods may be suitable for people struggling to lose weight or to be part of a diabetic diet (please check with your trusted medical practitioner)
