Upcoming classes

PERTH classes are face-to-face in APPLECROSS and ANYWHERE ELSE upcoming classes will be either face -to-face or via real-time live streaming online classes (all ingredients , when applicable incl alive starter and comprehensive instructions will be sent express before class). Payment must be made by SUNDAY before class to ensure delivery prior to class OR Perth PICK UP.  Late booking: ALL will be sent on MONDAY after class and special arrangements will be made for you. LIVE STREAMING CLASSES – overseas students pls use the NO starter option). Please NOTE: due the unavoidability of snap lock down, classes will be rescheduled, please do not panic! you can reschedule within 12 month or longer if needed. No refund given as indicated in my cancelation policy

Hi Yoke, thanks for coming all the way to Brisbane to do the sourdough class! I enjoyed it a lot. Here you can see my bread. One is a pain de mie, the other is a spelt/wheat loaf. I am very happy with the rise. I am the person who brought the dense bread along to show you. I do hope you come to Brissy again. I am interested in tempeh also.

Note about my classes:All my classes are hands-on, as I truly believe that you learn more effectively by experiencing the whole process first hand...touching, feeling, smelling and making your own dough from scratch in class.All efforts are made to use only organic/bio-dynamic ingredients.If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please let me know.
