Upcoming classes

All classes during COVID-19 crisis: All upcoming classes will be conducted via real-time live streaming online classes and all ingredients (except water, when appicable), alive starter and comprehensive instructions will be sent Monday before class. Payment must be made by FRIDAY week before class to ensure delivery prior to class unless you can pick up (contactless) in Perth  (Australia only – overseas students pls use the NO starter option). Instructions will be sent upon payment

Dear Yoke,

Just dropping a note to say a BIG thank you for your wonderful lessons (Culturing Class) on all the different heirloom cultures we received. It had been a wealth of knowledge. As soon I went home I quickly stopped by the shop to get coconut cream. I made a strong tea one with honey for the Jun and one with coconut sugar for the kombucha. Then I made the coconut yoghurt and kefir and also the buttermilk. I just did not want to loose my new pets!!!!!

I am so excited about making the jellies too! It was also great to hear the different things you could do with the different cultures.

Note about my classes: All my classes are hands-on, as I truly believe that you learn more effectively by experiencing the whole process first hand...touching, feeling, smelling and making your own dough from scratch in class. All efforts are made to use only organic/bio-dynamic ingredients. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please let me know.
