In this class, we will make the real sourdough croissants and pastries that are a pleasure to eat, easy to digest and don’t leave you feeling heavy and ill.
From the croissant dough we create plain, almond and chocolate croissants, cinnamon scrolls/escargots. Making delicious almond frangipane from scratch will also be covered in class.

The spelt/kamut pastry is so easy and we will make a savoury vegetable pastry for our lunch, followed with an authentic and scrumptious apple/pear tarte tatin.
This is a hands-on class. You will be surprised how easy it is to create authentic sourdough croissants in your own kitchen and you will make and take home your very own sourdough croissant dough.
