2.5 hour talk & demonstration class plus discussion

This Sourdough Demonstration class caters for those of you who are beginners at sourdough breadmaking or any of my past students who would like to restart your sourdough bread making again. All method including by hand or machine: Thermomix, Magimix, Kitchen Aid, Ankarsrum etc will be covered. Starter culture (35+yo), organic flour for starter, comprehensive notes and tastings will be given for this class.
