GLUTEN FREE 1-to-1 Wild Sourdough BAKING FLOUR will be used & is Endorsed by Coeliac Australia, Plant Based, VEGAN, FODMAP FRIENDLY & FREE FROM NUT, DAIRY, EGG, GUM, SOYA, SESAME, CORN, WHEAT, & Nasties. NO added sugar of any kind incl DEXTROSE, Preservatives, Artificial anything, salt, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum – packaged in plant based kerb recycleable bag.

NO AQUA FABA OR NUTS will be used in this class. BY HAND, KITCHEN AID, KENWOOD CHEF & THERMOMIX method will be covered

Why should you miss out on the delicious taste, luscious texture & irresistible smell of the gluten dairy egg equivalents and making these Christmas treats with such JOY, EASE & FUN in by hand, in machines incl Thermomix, are what I am aiming to reveal in this class.

PLEASE NOTE: this class will also include GF sourdough and yeasted bread & bread rolls, and you will be sent my GF sourdough starter as well. This will be great as a refresher for previous students and suitable for beginners too.

I don’t do FAKE anything and having been vegan for over ten years in my early 20’s (you can ask me in class why i am no longer vegan, for medical reasons unfortunately). Creating luscious delicious gut & FODMAP friendly (NO AQUA FABA, for the poor chickpeas left behind) and NO NUTS, has been a 13+ year of a passionate journey to be able to share something that is in my heart, and most importantly EASY to make at home (i will do the fail bits). ALL recipes are made with my perfect 1-to-1 Gluten Free Baking Flour that is nutrient dense (protein & prebiotic fibres), FODMAP & gut that is a perfect 1:1 and can be used as substitute to premium White Wings Plain Flour with normal recipes

You will also learn tips and tricks to replace all wheat plain flour for all your favourite COOKIDOO and  ‘normal/wheat based’ cake & cookies & pastry recipes or any ‘normal’ recipes. It will be a life changing moment for those of you who are Coeliac & vegan, on a strict gluten free diet; want to reduce gluten in your diet or to eat a better for you (protein & prebiotic fibre) more gut friendly version of you favourite baking recipes
