You will make in class and take home: a sourdough gluten free dough to bake at home, 2 x 1kg bags of my gluten free flour and my 13+ years super excited gluten free sourdough starter to start your sourdough gluten free journey
Class will cover: Bread (plain, seeded & fruit loaf), Pizza, Wraps, Crackers, Puff Pastry, banana bread – all sourdough and a delightful treat of vegan nut free chocolate cookie .. fudgey or crispy your choice, and more how to transform ordinary white wheat/gluten recipe into super healthy gluten & grain free! BY HAND or THERMOMIX, Kitchen Aid, Magimix or other machines
This nutrient dense prebiotic high protein (11%) and high soluble fibre (15%) whole-gluten free mix is a good start to make all your gluten free baked goods and it is suitable for people struggling to lose weight or diabetic (please check with your trusted medical practitioner)
