You will learn how to make in minutes “REAL BREAD that happens to be GLUTEN-FREE”, Sandwich loaf, Artisan loaf, Multi Seeded Bread, Fruit Loaf & Buns, Pizza, Wraps, boiled New York Style Bagels to Nordic Crackers … there is nothing you cannot do and you will not miss gluten – all plant based, no nasties or additives!
In this TWO-PART BREAD FOCUS class, 2.5 hr face to face INTERACTIVE DEMO class followed by 1.5hr ZOOM Show’n’Tell Q&A so that you can go home, make the loaf and have the opportunity to ask me questions.
Everything will be made with my premium Endorsed by Coeliac Australia, FODMAP friendly, VEGAN plant based (nut, egg, dairy free) bread, pizza & all-purpose flour. FREE FROM: gum/nut/corn/maize/rice/legumes chickpeas & soya

You will take home: 2kg (1kg white, 1kg wholemeal) Wild Sourdough Gluten Free Flour (1kg FLOUR makes THREE LOAVES or 2.5kg dough (sourdough)or 2.2kg dough (yeast) or 100 chocolate cup cakes) and my 14+ yo super excited Gluten Free Sourdough Starter to start your sourdough gluten free journey
YOU will learn how to make: Sourdough Bread (plain, seeded & fruit loaf), Pizza, Wraps, New York style Boiled Bagels, Nordic Crackers
You will also learn how to use my GF flour to replace wheat flour for all your favourite ‘normal/wheat based’ cake & cookies & pastry recipes (basically direct 1;1 substitution, plus apple cider vinegar… )
