Your class fee will give you to take home: 5kg of this amazing bread/pizza/pastry & all purpose gluten free flour as well one of my premium steel core, silicon enamelled medium bread tin (with steam holes), and my bubbly and active gluten free starter culture to start you off on this delicious and productive journey! You will never look back …

This hands-on Gluten Free Sourdough class will set you on the path of ‘ultra easy – foolproof’ freedom from having to source and purchase different ingredients you can’t pronounce and then suffer failures afterwards!

In 2-3 steps you can make pizza, pastry, crackers, wraps, pita/pocket bread, biscuits, muffins and cake and slices or even rough puff pastry … all made using this magic all purpose mix. All gluten-free goodies are fuelled by one thing, my 12+ yo gluten-free starter which will be given to you and be used to make your very own sourdough gluten-free bread to take home.

Class includes take home dough, 5kg mix, gluten-free starter culture, professional steel core & silicon coated tin or linen lined banneton …generous tastings, comprehensive notes & recipes. In this interactive class, you will learn by seeing, touching, smelling and tasting along the way and of course make your own dough to take home.

My ultra versatile Gluten Free flour mix is gluten tested, free corn/soya/nuts/egg/additives xantham and guar gums and additives or preservatives of any kind.

Gluten free bread that tastes so good, bend-able, cuts, keeps well and is definitely worthy of a sandwich, freeze-able pizza dough, easy peasy n0-blind-baked pastry, crackers, and of course pita bread to accompany your home-made dips, including a delicious fruit loaf or hot cross buns, your choice!
