In this interactive hands-on class, you will see, smell, feel and taste every part of the sourdough breadmaking process, so you will understand absolutely everything you need to make your own sourdough bread at home. BY HAND and MACHINE (Thermomix, Kitchen-Aid, Magimix will be shown or explained in details)
My main objective is to guide and inspire you to make this delicious and nutritious bread at home, so all my effort goes into teaching you how to fit in this sourdough breadmaking into your day-to-day life, as well as providing you with my sourdough culture and organic/biodynamic flours to start off your breadmaking adventure at home without having to go to shops for ingredients.
what you will receive: ALIVE STARTER, approx. 2.3kg of ORG RYE, SPELT AND WHEAT flour to make spelt sourdough, pizza/ciabatta and org RYE to feed the starter (enough for 12.5kg of dough)
