Hi Yoke, I would just like to say thank you for your wonderful book wild sourdough, which I recently purchased.

Although I have been making yeasted bread on and off for some 20 years I only began to make sourdough in June this year and am really enjoying it, especially since discovering your book. Attached are a couple of photos of your delightful cranberry bread I made this afternoon, needless to say we enjoyed it immensely so thank you once again.
