You won’t have ever to buy expensive, questionable (list of chemicals) gluten free mixes and yeast. All gluten-free goodies are fuelled by one thing, my 12+ yo gluten-free starter which will be given to you and be used to make your very own sourdough gluten-free bread to take home. ALL VEGAN.
Class includes ALIVE gluten-free starter culture SENT prior to class & comprehensive notes. In this interactive class, you will learn by every step of the way from feeding and maintaining starter to baking the bread.
My ultra versatile Gluten Free flour mixture is free from yeast, additives, corn, soy, xantham and guar gums and preservatives of any kind.
Gluten free bread that tastes so good, bend-able, cuts, keeps well and is definitely worthy of a sandwich, freeze-able pizza dough, crackers to accompany your home-made dips.
