In this class, you will learn how to make my easy, made from scratch Gluten Free VEGAN Sourdough bread, pizza & focaccia, rolls, fruit loaf and crackers. Class includes generous tastings, gluten-free starter culture, comprehensive notes. In this interactive class, you will learn by seeing, touching, smelling and tasting along the way.
It is a highly nutritious and high protein, easily digestible gluten free bread due to the natural sourdough fermentation. All Gluten free VEGAN wholegrain sourdough will be made without purchasing expensive ready mixed Gluten Free flour and without the additions of yeast, additives, corn, soy, xantham and guar gums and preservatives of any kind.
You will be able to make with ease (one and a half minute in your machine) and will save you lots of money on gluten free bread or pizza or crackers that tastes so good, bend-able, cuts, keeps well and is definitely worthy of a sandwich . Two types of GF sourdough, one that is VEGAN and a dough-form so you can make ARTISAN style loaves, sandwich loaves, baguette, bread rolls, hot cross buns, (freezable) pizza bases and delicious crackers. The other recipe I will share is a recipe for a light high protein GF sourdough SANDWICH loaf which contains eggs , but can be substituted and be made vegan, profiteroles and creme pattisier (custard) recipes will be provided also.
