Please Note – SHIPPING FOR THE SILLY SHIPPING SEASON

Dear CUSTOMERS please be aware that there are only 3 choices of shipping companies I can use for residential addresses, namely ARAMEX, COURIERS PLEASE and for regional AUSTRALIA POST or AUSTPOST owned STARTRACK

Since SEP 2023, all of the above shippers have deteriorated in their pick-up rates, meaning they just don’t pick up my orders for days and weeks – despite my emails and DAILY phone calls (happy to show you proofs of my calls & emails).

WA, NT and some QLD customers are luckier because your orders can be shipped from my warehouse (3PL) & shipper in Perth. In WA, my shipper and warehouse are both ARAMEX, so your orders will get shipped within 48hrs.

Everywhere else – I try my very best with at least 1hr phone calls or emails (some can’t be reached by phone) everyday to remind them to pick up, but as we are heading to the HUGE Christmas silly shopping season, I am crossing my fingers and toes as … I can’t control any of these shipping companies, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT and please contact me if they are not delivered to you within a week, my email yoke@wildsourdough.com.au

Starter Delivery

Australia Post Express satchel — Last day for posting from WA is WEDNESDAY to prevent live starters from being in transit over the week-end.

Outside of Melbourne CBD Delivery for Wild Sourdough Gluten Free Flour
