SHIPPING – dear CUSTOMERS please be aware that there are only 3 choices of shipping companies I can use for residential addresses, namely ARAMEX, COURIERS PLEASE, for regional AUSTRALIA POST or AUSTPOST owned STARTRACK
Since SEP 2023, all of the above shippers have deteriorated in their pick-up rates, meaning they just don’t pick up my orders for days and weeks – despite my emails and DAILY phone calls (happy to show you proofs of my calls & emails).
WA, NT and some QLD customers are luckier because your orders can be shipped from my warehouse (3PL) & shipper in Perth. In WA, my shipper and warehouse are both ARAMEX, so your orders will get shipped within 48hrs. EASTCOAST capital cities and some big regional hub will be sent from Melbourne warehouse
Everywhere else – I always try my very best, just remember … I can’t control any of these shipping companies, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT and please contact me if they are not delivered to you within a week, my email yoke@wildsourdough.com.au or if urgent, call or text me 0412272327. Sooner is better for me to follow up if parcel is misplaced or lost – it is nearly always impossible to track something a month after shipping.
