I will cover and share with you how to make gluten free wholegrain sourdough breads in your own kitchen from scratch without purchasing expensive ready mix Gluten Free flour without any yeast, additives, corn, soy, xantham and guar gums and preservatives of any kind. GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH STARTER IS GIVEN in class.
Gluten free bread that tastes so good, bend-able, cuts, keeps well and is definitely worthy of a sandwich – I will show you two types of GF bread, one that is VEGAN and another one that has a high protein GF sourdough loaf which contains eggs, but eggs can be substituted to make it vegan. Freeze-able VEGAN PIZZA bases (or CRACKERS) is also taught and a delicious FRUIT LOAF is also covered.
