Terms of Service

Welcome to wildsourdough.com.au (“Web Site”), which is operated by Yoke Mardewi ABN 95504138009 and Wild Sourdough Pty Ltd ACN 142634679 (“Wild Sourdough”). Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Web Site or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions May Change

Wild Sourdough reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the Web Site. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the Web Site when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

Making a purchase

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, Wild Sourdough will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. This is not an acceptance of your order. Orders are only accepted when Wild Sourdough expressly notifies you of its acceptance. Wild Sourdough reserves the right to accept or decline, in whole or in part, any order placed by you.

Wild Sourdough will only accept Australian orders and will not accept overseas orders. If you wish to place an overseas order, please contact by email, to determine possibility.

Wild Sourdough will notify you as soon as possible regarding the availability of the products you have ordered. If Wild Sourdough advises you that a product you have ordered is longer available, your order is automatically declined.

If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, Wild Sourdough will cancel your order and you will be notified. You may be able to re-order the product is not out of print (eg. Books) or out of stock permanently.

Delivery and risk

Wild Sourdough will endeavour to deliver products for accepted orders to the shipping address specified in your order on or before any estimated delivery date. Wild Sourdough does not warrant or undertake that it will do so.

All risk in the products will pass to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

Price, additional fees and special offers

Prices are subject to change.

The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in stores or in catalogues, and our pricing may differ from store to store. Some prices quoted on this Web Site include Australian GST (where applicable) and some products are not subject to GST.

A shipping and processing fee will apply to all shipments of Wild Sourdough products. These are in addition to the quoted price. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Wild Sourdough for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We encourage you to review detailed information about our shipping and delivery charges.

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “special offers” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.

Payment

You must enter your method of payment at the time you place your order. However, shipping of products will not be processed until payment has been received in our nominated bank account. All prices are and payment must be made in Australian currency.

Use of our website

User Comments

We welcome your comments about our Web Site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively “Comments”) sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Wild Sourdough. By submitting any such Comments, you grant Wild Sourdough a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any Comments that you do not wish to license to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, recipes, computer code or original artwork.

You further agree that you will not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Web Site any material protected by intellectual property rights owned by a third party. You will be solely liable for any damage resulting from your Comments including any infringement of intellectual property rights, or any violations of rights of privacy, or any other harm resulting from any Comments that you make. Gift Card Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to all Gift Cards issued by Wild Sourdough Pty Ltd.

Definitions

“Gift Card” refers to either the “phyisical Gift Card” that you have purchased or received from Wild Sourdough or purchases via our website

A reference to “we” or “us” is a reference to Wild Sourdough Pty Ltd.

A reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to the person who is in possession of the Gift Card at the relevant time for the purposes of these Terms of Use, or who authorises another person to do something with or to the Gift Card on their behalf.

This document contains the full set of terms of use governing your use of the Gift Card.

We recommend that you read this document carefully before using the Gift Card.

Accepting the Gift Card and agreeing to these Terms of Use

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy

Gift Card Inclusions & Exclusions

Both physical Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards may be used for making bookings to the relevant to the value of the gift cards.

Gift Cards cannot be purchased by using a Gift Card.

Validity and expiry of Gift Cards

Wild Sourdough Gift Cards has a 12month expiry from the date of purchase or the date indicated in the physical gift card.

If you are giving the Gift Card to another person please advise them of the Terms and Conditions that apply.

Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Cards

Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Cards is not available.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards

Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Can I cancel my Gift Card?

No, you cannot cancel your Gift Card.

Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information that we may collect from you. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available at …… It is important that you carefully read and understand our Privacy Policy.

Force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor be in default under these Terms of Use, for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms of Use for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising from your receipt or use of a Gift Card is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia (including the Federal Court of Australia, Western Australia Registry).
