Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS - WHISK TOGETHER

  • 220 GRAMS WILD SOURDOUGH 1:1 GLUTEN FREE BAKING FLOUR
  • 10 GRAMS GLUTE FREE BAKING POWDER DOUBLE ACTING
  • 50 GRAMS DUTCH ALKALISED CACAO POWDER BEST QUALITY

WET INGREDIENTS plus SUGAR - WHISK or BLITZ until fluffy and homogenous (emulsify)

  • 240 grams olive oil extra virgin or your preferred vegetable oil
  • 30 grams apple cider vinegar or lemon juice use lemon juice for histamine allergy
  • 6 whole eggs use free range organic
  • 125 grams Full FAT MYLK OR MILK
  • 250 grams raw organic sugar or caster sugar or white sugar or your preferred sugar but rapadura or coconut sugar will give you heavier cake
  • 20 Grams VANILLA BEAN PASTE best quality organic

Instructions

  • WHISK DRY INGREDIENTS (SEE ABOVE)
  • WHISK OR BLITZ TO EMULSIFY WET INGREDIENTS AND SUGAR (SEE ABOVE)
