Sourdough Classes with Yoke

All my classes are hands-on and are both informative and fun. My aim is to share my knowledge and passion for food in order to inspire you to replicate what we do in class at home. I will show and guide you using simple steps to successfully make this tasty and wholesome bread at home.

My wish is that you will make this amazing bread to feed both yourself and your loved ones, and in order to achieve this, I have made myself contactable to my students after class for any queries they may have, either by phone or email.

I measure my success by how many people I have ‘infected’ with my passion and knowledge of sourdough. Every day I receive at least a couple of emails or calls from my students about their sourdough bread-making successes (and problems). The biggest compliment for me is when I receive phone calls or emails from students saying that they have not bought bread since they came to my class. See testimonials and reviews.

I am also available for group bookings and classes at your own location, anywhere.

My classes are generally 4 hours long and include comprehensive notes and recipes booklets and generous food to share in class and to take home.

Classes are held in Perth, Western Australia.

Thank you for printing such a fantastic book, I had purchased a book about Sourdough before I found your book, my first book was not at all easy to understand and I had almost given up making bread, then I was in a very good book store and found your book and just love it. You have managed to take out any difficult stages and I have found your book so easy to follow. I have made some lovely loaves and I am surprised at my results they taste just wonderful. I am still not sure how the dough grows without the yeast it seems magic. I still have some way to go before I have mastered all you lovely loaves in the book but I am on my way.

My favourite look with the sourdough bread is the holes it makes they look so good.

I only wish I lived in Western Australia so I could come along to one of your classes to see you hands on. Thank you again for you book.

Note about my classes: All my classes are hands-on, as I truly believe that you learn more effectively by experiencing the whole process first hand...touching, feeling, smelling and making your own dough from scratch in class.
